Distraction Free Room (WB48)

The UWM Libraries Distraction Free Room is available in the Equipment and Reserve area, lower level, west wing. The room is intended for accessibility testing, accessible studying, and microphone recording. The Distraction Free Room is not available as a group study room. Use of the Distraction Free Room is for educational purposes only.

Rooms are available to current UWM students, faculty and staff. UWM ID must be presented when using the spaces.

The room can be used on a walk-in basis or by calling 414-229-4673 or through the form below. The Distraction Free Room and Equipment and Reserve Services close 15 minutes before the regular building hours.

Policies:

  • 2-Hour use time limit
  • Users that are more than 15 minutes late for a reservation forfeit their reservation

Food and drink are allowed in this room, but please leave no trace.
